Greg Dillon is the President and CEO of G & E Software, a seasoned executive with particular expertise in the property loss industry especially when it comes to Time and Materials Billing Process and Clerk of the Works services. He has significant property loss experience and used this during the product design and development of his software programs.

He is a true entrepreneur and is the first to tell you that entrepreneurs don't just start businesses; they are always seeking ways to improve a process or system that lacks the right solutions to produce solid results. That’s exactly what he saw in the Time and Materials and Clerk of the Works areas for the Property Loss Industry.

He, like many others, had to use what was available and in most cases that was a simple spreadsheet with hundreds of formulas or programs built using third party software such as access and others. The problems with these types of programs are they were designed for all kinds of uses and not for one specific use and he quickly realized that this was costing him time and money. This was the start of his career in the Software Industry and it quickly lead to Software Design and Development.

Greg has managed several property loss and catastrophe related programs including hands on involvement in several startup companies. He serves as an active consultant advisor for several private equity firms that are seeking to purchase restoration type companies. He is a visionary leader and by employing his entrepreneurial philosophy he firmly believes that “nothing is beyond your reach”.

Greg owned his own full service restoration company for 16 years and has held a broad range of management and executive positions with other companies in the property loss industry. He has been involved in successfully managing small to large companies. He was also appointed to serve on the operations board for one of the largest restoration firms in the US for a period of 5 years.

He has over 26 years of experience and remains active today in the Property Loss Industry. He is highly respected among colleagues, customers, and professionals alike as an expert in his field. He is dedicated to providing solutions that create opportunities for companies to produce accurate and consistent results that meet or exceed all expectations that provide positive results to the bottom line

Over the years, He has developed a successful formula and implemented these into a software program that allows full transparency and that is critical to any company who understands client relations.
